Crock Pot Party Meatballs

I made these meatballs for little man’s first birthday party and everyone loved them! It was easy to throw it all in the crock pot in the morning and continue on with party preparations. By the time the party started, they were done and delicious!

Ingredients:Chili Sauce

32 oz. Frozen Meatballs
16 oz. Chili Sauce
10 oz. Grape Jelly (low sugar)

Instructions:

Dump everything into your crock pot. Stir it around to coat the meatballs. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 2-3. Stir once more before serving.

Meatball Sandwich

Do you still have leftover meatballs and pasta sauce? Then why not make a meatball sandwich? It’s so simple and a great way to use up what’s left.

Ingredients:

Pasta Sauce
Meatballs
Buns or Rolls
Parmesan or Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions:

Heat sauce and meatballs in a small saucepan. Toast buns and place sauce and meatballs on the buns. Add cheese and top the sandwich with the top of the bun. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

Spaghetti Noodles
Meatballs
Pasta Sauce
Parmesan Cheese

Instructions:

Cook Pasta according to directions on box. Meanwhile, heat pasta sauce and meatballs together in a pot. To serve, top pasta with pasta sauce and meatballs. Grate some Parmesan cheese on top.

Baked Penne with Meatballs

Baked Penne with Meatballs

An easy Italian dish fit for a crowd. Serves 8.

Ingredients:

1 Tbs Olive Oil
1 Tbs Dried Minced Onion
1/2 tsp Dried Minced Garlic (4 cloves)
15 oz. Tomato Sauce
2 Tomatoes, diced
1 tsp Dried Basil
1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
2 c Green Beans
35 – 1″ Meatballs
4 c Penne Pasta
1/4 c Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 c Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions:

Cook onion and garlic in oil. Add tomato sauce and diced tomatoes along with the basil and oregano. Stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add meatballs and green beans. Simmer for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook pasta according do directions on box, drain and set aside. Once the sauce has simmered for 20 minutes, add in the pasta and Parmesan cheese, and toss to fill the pasta with sauce. Transfer to a 9×13 baking dish (3 qt. casserole). Top with mozzarella cheese and cover with foil. Bake at 400° for 20 min covered, then 5-10 min uncovered.
