Cream Cheese Frosting

Cream Cheese Frosting

1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk

Mix everything together using a mixer. You can use a whisk or two forks but it won’t get as whipped or fluffy.

Tangy Fruit Dip

This is such a versatile fruit dip! You can use it as a dip, mixed in with a fruit salad, or to create a Plantain Pudding!


8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
8 oz. Sour Cream
3 Tbs Milk
1 Tbs Muscovado Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla


Whip everything together in a large bowl. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Recipe: Spicy Turkey Pasta with Tomato Cream Sauce


Spicy Turkey Pasta with Tomato Cream Sauce


1/4 c Italian Dressing
1 lb. Turkey, 1/2″ pieces (cooked)
1 Onion, diced
2 Tomatoes, diced
8 oz. Tomato Sauce
4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
2 c Pasta


Cook pasta according to directions on the box. Heat Italian dressing in a high sided skillet over medium heat. Add your onions and turkey. If your turkey is not pre-cooked, cook it for about 8 minutes. Otherwise, let it brown nicely. While it doing that, combine your tomato sauce and cream cheese. Blend them up to fully incorporate it and add it to your turkey with some diced tomatoes. Toss in your pepper flakes and stir well. When the pasta is done, drain well and mix with the turkey and tomato. Enjoy!

Recipe: Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes

Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes


4 Medium Sweet Potatoes
4 Tbs Butter, softened
4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
1/8 tsp Ground Cloves


Wash sweet potatoes. Pat dry and wrap in foil. Bake at 425° for 1 hour (or until done). While the sweet potatoes are cooking, mix butter, cream cheese, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves in a large bowl. Slit the sweet potato and carefully scoop out the flesh (keep the skins) into the bowl with the cream cheese mixture. Mix sweet potato flesh with the cream cheese mixture until incorporated and smooth. Carefully put the mixture back into the sweet potato skins. Bake at 375° on a baking sheet for 15 minutes.

Recipe: Cream Cheese Chicken Alfredo

Cream Cheese Pasta

Cream Cheese Chicken Alfredo


2 c Pasta
2 Tbs Olive Oil
1 lb. Chicken, cut into strips
1 1/4 c Chicken Stock
4 tsp Flour
1/8 tsp Pepper
1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
4 oz. Cream Cheese
1/4 c Parmesan Cheese, grated

Cook pasta according to directions on package. Meanwhile, heat oil in a high sided skillet. Cook chicken, about 5 minutes, then take out and keep warm on a plate. Pour chicken stock into pan and get all the delicious brown bits up. Add your flour, pepper, and garlic powder. Whisk to mix very well. Add cream cheese and stir until it’s melted. Add 2/3 of your Parmesan cheese and return the chicken to the pan. When the pasta is done and drained, add it to the pan too. Mix everything together and dish up! Top with additional Parmesan cheese and serve with a simple salad.
