1 cup- butter
¼ cup- powdered sugar
¼ tsp- salt
1 tsp- vanilla
2 cups- sifted all purpose flour
2 cups- finely chopped pecans
Cream butter, then blend in sugar, salt, vanilla and water.
Add flour and pecans gradually
Shape into small bite size balls
Bake @ 350 degrees on an ungreased cookie sheet for 15-20 minutes until golden brown
Set on wax paper until cooled then roll in powdered sugar.
