Tuna Melts

Ingredients: (per sandwich)

2 Slices Bread
1 can Tuna
2 Tbs Mayonaise
1 oz. Cheddar Cheese
1 Tbs Butter

Instructions:

Butter one side of each slice of bread. Mix mayo with tuna in a small bowl. Heat griddle to 325. Place one slice of bread in the griddle, butter side down. Top with cheese and tuna mixture. Then add the other slice of bread, butter aside up. Cook on griddle until well browned and the cheese has melted, about 5 minutes per side. Enjoy!
