Sausage and Egg Breakfast Casserole
Many mornings when I attend a MOPS group, someone brings a breakfast casserole. They are always a favorite of mine so here is my own version of a breakfast casserole. This serves 6-8.
1 lb Sausage, cooked & crubmled
5 Slices Bread, cubed
2 c Cheddar Cheese, shredded
10 eggs, beaten
2 c Milk
2 Tbs Dried Minced Onion
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
Pre-heat oven to 325°. Line the bottom of a 9×13 pan with the bread. Top with sausage and cheese. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over the top of everything. Bake for 1 hour.
