1 Head of Cabbage
1 Tbs Vegetable Oil
Cut cabbage into quarters and then slice thinly to “shred” it. Heat oil in a large pot. Add cabbage and pour the water over it. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to simmer. Cover the pot and cook until the cabbage is soft but still has some bite to it. It will reduce in size by about half.
