Spicy Grilled Asparagus with Almonds
This is an entirely new dish. We wanted a more interesting way to eat asparagus and this is what I came up with. We loved it! Do you?
2 Tbs Olive Oi
2 c Asparagus, cut
2 Tbs Sliced Almonds
1 tsp Mustard
1/8 tsp Dried Minced Garlic (1 clove fresh)
1/8 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add mustard, garlic and pepper flakes. Toss lightly. Add asparagus and almonds. Cook until the asparagus is tender, stirring occasionally.
